Becky is the Operations Manager at Fair Haven. She is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana where she currently lives with her husband and three young children.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University Northwest majoring in Human Resources with a minor in Marketing. While staying home to raise her children, she earned her MBA with an HR concentration from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Her favorite part about Human Resources is being able to help people. She’s excited about this opportunity at Fair Haven to not only help the employees when needed, but to also help the community.
